Our latest Asheville Adventure Wedding….
From Katie & Carly:
“We met on Match.com. Katie was living in St. Louis at the time and Carly was living in Nashville. We stayed in a long distance relationship for three months, with visits every week. We went on our first vacation together in Honduras, Belize, and Mexico for a week and by the end of the trip we knew we were perfect for one another!
We almost didn’t meet: Katie had lived in Nashville before and we even found out that we missed each other by months or maybe even weeks working at the same place.
We almost missed each other again: Carly was getting ready to move away from Nashville and never really used her Match.com profile – Katie just so happened to search in Nashville!
Carly proposed at Blue Bird on the Mountain – a singer/song writer night at the Dyer Observatory.
We decided to elope for many reasons but we wanted a wedding that was very personal and intimate. We both love the outdoors and an adventure wedding made perfect sense!
We are planning on sending Match.com a “We Got Hitched” card!
We are now happily married with one fish and hope to be adding to the family soon with an upcoming Foster Care parenting class!”
